After three years of virtual online meetings (due to the pandemic), we were especially looking forward to this year's 8th Joint International CCS-CLL Workshop Meeting, which we hosted for the first time at the Castellani Hotel in Salzburg. We would like to thank all speakers for their excellent presentations, the numerous participants for the exciting discussions and the lively scientific exchange, as well as our sponsors.
